*Please read and follow the steps carefully to be fully registered! 

IMPORTANT:  You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

Step 1: Students registering for Varsity-level sports must have a current physical examination on file in the office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed physicals MUST be uploaded in “Step 4: Physical Forms” of the online registration form.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form (includes all forms in one).

Step 3:  Pay your Activities Fee online by ACH HERE or by sending a cash/check to the office. If you're unable to pay online, please contact the office.

Step 4:  Once you complete these steps, you are registered and can fully participate in Agape Christi Academy Activities.

Click Family Account Login. and use the username and password you created during your first registration.

Once logged in, you may click on the ‘Register’ dropdown and register an existing student or add a new student to your account.
